Tenuta Lavalle

"Tenuta Lavalle" is a small company which produces and markets PDO - Protected Designation of Origin extra virgin olive oil, continuing the ancient vocation of our family which dates back to more than two centuries ago. Since then and despite the progressive breaking up of the farms, the use of the land for the cultivation of olive trees has remained largely intact. In this spirit our family, Raspini Carbone, faithfully follows the oil traditions of the Sabina region, striving to maintain harmony and balance between man and nature, a tradition that can still be tasted today in every single drop of our oil.
